Book Discussion image

October title: Frankenstein by Mary Shelley

“Mary Shelley’s timeless gothic novel presents the epic battle between man and monster at its greatest literary pitch.”

An ongoing book discussion group will meet the second Monday of every month from 7-8 pm in the Vermont Room. The group is entirely volunteer-led and is always open to the public. Check the event calendar to find out which book the group will be reading. Please contact Devin Schrock, lvnfree@gmail.com if you are planning to attend so we know how many books to request! The library provides multiple copies of the selected title, these are available on a first come first serve basis for Bixby patrons to check out.

Upcoming November title: The Good Neighbor: The Life and Work of Fred Rodgers by Maxwell King
