Will Amidon, assistant professor of Geology at Middlebury College and native of Charlotte, will talk about what Ferrisburgh was like more than 10,000 years ago, during the Glacial Age. Ever wonder about the whale marker by the train tracks on Thompson’s Point Road in Charlotte? This is your chance to learn why it’s there. Event is not at the Bixby Library. All are welcome.
