Tai Chi is an “internal” martial art, a slow, graceful movement routine to help fend off the stresses of modern life, build agility and balance, and practice mindfulness. Every Wednesday, in the Bixby Library – Otter Creek Room, attendees can participate in hour long sessions, beginning at the top of each hour.
