Tai Chi Classes

Tai Chi is an “internal” martial art, a slow, graceful movement routine to help fend off the stresses of modern life, build agility and balance, and practice mindfulness. Every Wednesday, in the Bixby Library Community room, attendees can participate in roughly hour long sessions, these classes have pre-requisites please contact Beverly Blakeney email@example.com or Lee Francis firstname.lastname@example.org with inquiries.

This is a free event made possible by Age Well and all levels of experience are welcome! Please check the library calendar for updated schedule. The Bixby Community Room can be accessed by entering the front door of the library (our ADA lift is currently broken and will hopefully be fixed by October 2019).
