Tai Chi Sessions

Tai Chi is an “internal” martial art, a slow, graceful movement routine to help fend off the stresses of modern life, build agility and balance, and practice mindfulness. Every Monday, in the Bixby Library Community room, attendees can participate in hour long sessions, beginning at the top of each hour.
Basic/Beginner Class Part 1 & 2 Monday & Wednesday 10:00-10:50 AM
