Description: Letter concerning a land transaction between Robert Quemby and John Easman, both of the town of Emsburo, in the county of Norfolke, Mass. Recorded on the 25th day of May 1675.
Inscription/Marks: Specimen of an ancient deed from the state of Maine AD 1675 But 55 years after the landing of the pilgrims at P(lymouth) Presented me by Mr. John B Cummings at Portland July AD 1845 Now 170 years old. Presented too Bixby Memorial Library of Vergennes Vermont- as part of the Philip C Tucker Collection, by Phillip Crosby Tucker III August 1932.
