Sun Style Tai Chi can be very suitable for all levels of Tai Chi practitioners, and especially beneficial for seniors and beginners. Tai Chi is a gentle movement exercise that improves balance by strengthening muscles and coordination; simultaneously, it strengthens the mind, enhancing calmness and confidence in not falling. Thus, with regular practice, Tai Chi is a highly effective exercise for fall prevention. Experience with Sun Short Form for Fall Prevention is helpful.
