Bixby StoryWalk® Survey

Discover the Bixby Library’s first StoryWalk®. Thanks to a partnership with the Vergennes Recreation & Public Works Department and local author and school librarian, Angela Kunkel we are so excited for you to enjoy “Digging For Words: Jose Alberto Gutierrez and the Library He Built.” at the Vergennes Falls Park up from October 2nd to the  28th.

These statistics will inform us whether the Bixby’s StoryWalk® was successful and if the program should be expanded. We envision a StoryWalk® for every town and city that makes our work possible; a piece of the Bixby, managed and updated by staff and volunteers and enjoyed by everyone.

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. StoryWalk® is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.

Our inaugural StoryWalk® was created with support from the Vermont Humanities Council as well as invaluable, ongoing support from our contributing communities of Addison, Ferrisburgh, Panton, Vergennes and Waltham.
