Tai Chi is a gentle movement exercise that improves balance by strengthening muscles and coordination; simultaneously, it strengthens the mind, enhancing calmness and confidence in not falling. Thus, with regular practice, tai chi is a highly effective exercise for fall prevention. All classes are sponsored by Age Well and are free of charge to seniors.
Knowledge of Part 1 & 2 are required. We will be reviewing Part 1 & 2 before starting Part 3.
