Tai Chi Sun 73 Long Form Class

Tai Chi is a gentle movement exercise that improves balance by strengthening muscles and coordination; simultaneously, it strengthens the mind, enhancing calmness and confidence in not falling. Thus, with regular practice, tai chi is a highly effective exercise for fall prevention. All classes are sponsored by Age Well and are free of charge to seniors.

Sun 73 Tai Chi is a modern, health-oriented sequence emphasizing internal energy, relaxation, and accessible movement, ideal for practitioners of all ages and physical abilities. It is recognized for its flowing, upright, and balanced style. Experience with Sun Short Form for Fall Prevention is required.
