Beyond Breath, An Introduction to the SKY Breath Meditation Workshop

Carrying some stress? Wish you had a bit more patience with life? How would you feel if you could give the gift of your best self to your loved ones more often? Come and learn about the power of the breath for managing our stress and calming our minds. For a quick hour, we will have some fun, do a simple and profound guided meditation, and learn something about the connection between the rhythms of the breath and our state of mind. Led by Stephen Rose in the Bixby’s Half Round Room. This is a free workshop; no registration is necessary.
