Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an “internal” martial art, a slow, graceful movement routine to help fend off the stresses of modern life, build agility and balance, and practice mindfulness. Every Wednesday, in the Bixby Library – Otter Creek Room, attendees can participate in hour long sessions, beginning at the top of each hour.

Basic/Beginner Class  9:00-9:50 AM

Intermediate Class 10:00-10:50 AM

This is a free event made possible by Age Well. All levels of experience are welcome! Please check the library calendar for updated schedule. The Otter Creek Room can be accessed by entering the ADA entrance from the parking lot.
