The Bixby’s Annual Soirée is known as the local social season opener and our most significant fundraiser of the year. This is an opportunity to step out and dance while creating an outpouring of goodwill for this iconic library—the cultural gathering center of our five-town community that reaches from the beautiful shores of Lake Champlain across the bucolic Champlain Valley to our vibrant Little City of Vergennes.
We truly appreciate our donors, so we’ve created even more ways to celebrate you as vital supporters who are essential to making the library and its resources accessible, meaningful, and bountiful for all.
We take great care in creating visually enticing auction displays and signage so that your business will shine. Attendees will read about your business and see the distinctiveness of your donation. They love to bid on interesting tangible items and unique experiences, such as gift cards, private dinners or tours, tastings, professional advisories, classes, gift baskets, etc. Auction Item Donors will be recognized in the community as a supporter of the Bixby and will be featured on our website and signage at the library.
As a Bixby Celestial Soirée Fundraiser Sponsor, your generosity will be recognized on signage at the event, on our website and social media, in a full-page Addison Independent ad, and in the library throughout the year. In addition, “Constellation” Sponsors ($1000) receive two complimentary tickets, “Galaxy” Sponsors ($2500) receive four tickets, and the “Supernova” Sponsors ($5000) enjoy six tickets to the Soirée.
