Mindful Movement and Meditation

Join Children and Youth Services Librarian Melanie Cote as she guides you through mindful movement and meditation. An emphasis is placed on noticing the present moment as you join breath with beginner yoga poses. Movement is followed by guided meditations on color and sound. Yoga mats will be provided.
