Travel back to the dawn of history with Vergennes Union Elementary School humanities teacher Josh Brooks as he shares stories from his book-in-progress, In Those Far-Off Days: Myths from Ancient Sumer.  As well as providing background on the world’s oldest urban civilization, Josh will also draw connections between stories from Sumerian mythology and later, more familiar tales from Greek mythology and the Bible.
