Tai Chi is an “internal” martial art, a slow, graceful movement routine to help fend off the stresses of modern life, build agility and balance, and practice mindfulness. Every Wednesday, in the Bixby Library Community room, attendees can participate in roughly hour long sessions, these classes have pre-requisites please contact Beverly Blakeney email@example.com with inquiries.
