Sun Style Tai Chi can be very suitable for all levels of tai chi practitioners, and especially beneficial for seniors and beginners. Tai Chi is a gentle movement exercise that improves balance by strengthening muscles and coordination; simultaneously, it strengthens the mind, enhancing calmness and confidence in not falling.
