Tai Chi sessions

Tai Chi is an “internal” martial art, a slow, graceful movement routine to help fend off the stresses of modern life, build agility and balance, and practice mindfulness. Every Monday, in the Bixby Library Community room, attendees can participate in hour long sessions, beginning at the top of each hour. Sessions vary in skill level (Introduction, Beginner II, Intermediate), please contact Lee Francis (email@example.com) to find out which would be best for you.
This is a free event made possible by Age Well and all levels of experience are welcome! Please check the library calendar for updated schedule. The Bixby Community Room can be accessed by entering the front door of the library, or the ADA entrance from the parking lot.
