Poetry Picnic in the Park is an open mic poetry event hosted by local poet, Liam Battjes-Greenwood. It will feature poetry created and discussed from “The Path to Mindfulness and Creative Writing” with James Crews, a workshop held earlier in the day at Bixby Library.  Purchase food from nearby local restaurants (Rockers, Hired Hand or Park Squeeze), and join us on the Vergennes village green for a Poetry Open Mic. Please bring your own blanket or chair!
